1. That's unfortunate! Please call [phone] and follow IVR instructions in order to initate a refund. We can neither confirm nor deny that all cancellations are automatically refunded. 

2. Download our iCancel app from iOS Appstore or Play Store on Android to get immediate updates and notifications. Make sure you sign in with your unique FF number if you are our member to avail member benefits. Upon refund you may receive a notification.
